1. From the Tools menu, select Account Settings.
2. Click Add Account
3. In the New Account Setup window, select Email Account and click Continue.
4. In the Identity window, type your Name and Email Address and click Continue.
5. In the Server Information window, enter your Incoming POP or IMAP Server and Outgoing SMTP Server.
6. Choose Continue.
7. In the User Names window, type your email address in the Incoming User Name and Outgoing User Name fields.
8.Click Continue.
9. In Account Name, type an identifying name.
10. Click Continue.
11. On the Congratulations screen, preview your account information for accuracy and click Done.
12. Select Server Settings from the folder list below your new email account and make the following changes:
Server Port
IMAP without SSL - 143
IMAP with SSL - 993
POP without SSL - 110
POP with SSL - 995
(Optional) Use secure connection: Select SSL
Use secure authentication Do not enable
13. Click OK.
14. Select Outgoing Server (SMTP) from the folder list below the new account and make the following changes:
Server Port
Without SSL - one of the following: 25, 80, 3535
With SSL - 465
(Optional) Use secure connection - Select SSL
15. Click OK.
