Have your full email address and account password ready.
NOTE: The following procedure is for Microsoft Outlook Express 6.
1. In Microsoft Outlook Express, select > Tools, and then click Accounts.
2. On the Internet Accounts window, click the Mail tab, and then click Add.
3. On the Internet Connect Wizard window, in the Display name field, enter the name to be be displayed on your email, and then click Next.
4. In the E-mail address field, enter your email address, and then click Next.
5. On the E-mail Server Names window, from the My incoming mail server is a list, select either IMAP or POP3.
6. In the Incoming mail (POP3 IMAP or HTTP) server field enter your Incoming POP or IMAP Server.
7. In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server field, enter your Outgoing SMTP Server, and then click Next.
8. In the Account name and Password fields, enter your email address and password, and then click Next.
9. Click Finish.
10. On the Internet Accounts wizard, select the account you just created, and then click Properties.
11. In the Properties window, click the Servers tab, and then select My server requires authentication.
12. Click the Advanced tab.

12. Click OK.
